I originally purchased the wrong size shoe (my own mistake) however the service I got from Bolton was above amazing, they arrange the courier to collect the shoes, they refunded me and then I purchased the correct Shoe at the correct size. Their client service is amazing, constant updates and fast response. I have recommended them already to numerous friends and colleagues. They are now my new go to for shoes. Then the shoes: Quality unmatched. The previous pair lasted about 20 months as school shoes for a very busy Teen. I would never buy another brand. Thanks again for your excellent service!!!

I bought a pair of ladies Timbego boots (rust/blue) from Bolton's. Delivery was very fast with zero issues, and the shoes are beautiful. The quality is great, and they fit very comfortably (coming from someone with difficult feet this isn't a light compliment!). If you have your eye on any of their shoes, no reason to hesitate.

Bolton side of the order was fast and efficient

Skynet was a major problem. They said they tried to deliver 3 times. What a lie, my wife checked on cameras, nobody came to the office.
